Acceptance and Maintenance Test Flights

Global Flight Services conducts Acceptance Test Flights, Functional Check Flights (FCF), and Maintenance Test Flights for many Airline and Aircraft Leasing Customers. Our high time experienced Pilots are able to complete flight assessments in accordance with your requirements and provide professional airworthiness advice. Our thorough flight test and objective analysis is used by many aircraft owners and the GFS Flight Test Reports are a vital element of a complete aircraft flight test. After each acceptance flight or post-maintenance test flight, you will receive a comprehensive Flight Test Report with all flight test results and observed discrepancies.

Global Flight Services' dedicated flight test crews are highly qualified and have many years of flight test experience over a wide spectrum of civil and military aircraft types. The qualifications of our crews are accepted by the FAA, EASA and many other Civil Aviation Authorities for carrying out test flights for the issue or renewal of a Certificate of Airworthiness.

We have a Designated Engineering Representative (D.E.R.) on staff, and can furnish engineering services, as well as air carrier assistance with certification and training on new aircraft.

Prior to delivery, the customer will receive a complete route analysis and schedule. During the delivery, clients are updated regularly on the progress and arrival schedule. We can use our own ICAO call sign and flight numbers, allowing authorities and service providers around the world to charge user fees directly to us. This leaves no room for unpleasant surprises months later. GFS can obtain special flight permits, RVSM/MNPS authorizations, and export certificates of air worthiness to assist you in a smooth importation or exportation of your aircraft.
